Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

At TKraft, we aim to make online shopping convenient and reliable for our customers. Therefore, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option on selected products and serviceable PIN codes, subject to the terms mentioned below.

COD Availability

TKraft offers Cash on Delivery only on eligible products.
We provide COD only in areas where our courier partners support this service.
TKraft may enable or disable COD for certain products, PIN codes, or customers at any time.

COD Order Verification

To keep our service safe, we verify COD orders before dispatch.
We may ask for OTP or phone confirmation.
If verification fails, we cancel the order automatically.
Customers should always enter a valid phone number while placing an order.

COD Order Refusal & RTO Policy

When a customer refuses a COD order at delivery, the courier returns it to us.
The same happens if the customer stays unreachable or gives a wrong address.
We treat such cases as Return to Origin (RTO).

Due to repeated RTO cases:

• TKraft may disable COD permanently for the customer
• We may accept future orders only as prepaid

This policy helps us reduce delivery losses and serve genuine customers better.

COD Returns & Refunds

After we approve a return, we process COD refunds through bank transfer or UPI.
Customers must share correct bank or UPI details to receive the refund.
We usually process refunds within 7–10 business days.

Please note that we do not refund shipping charges, unless we deliver a damaged or incorrect product.

COD Restrictions

TKraft does not offer Cash on Delivery for bulk or wholesale orders.
We may restrict COD for high-value products.
Customers with repeated delivery refusals may also lose COD access.

Policy Updates

TKraft may update this Cash on Delivery policy at any time.
We advise customers to review this page before placing an order.
