Thank you for shopping with tkraft.in. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your order under the following terms.


1. Return / Exchange Window

  • After 7 days, unfortunately we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges (unless the item is damaged or defective — see section 5).


2. Eligibility: What Can Be Returned / Exchanged

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact. DHL+1

  • The item should be returned with the original invoice / order confirmation proof.

Non-returnable / non-exchangeable items:

  • Items that are perishable, hygiene-sensitive (if any), or customized/ personalized (if applicable).

  • Any item explicitly marked as “non-returnable” on its product page.


3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange:

  2. We will send you confirmation along with return shipping instructions and address (if applicable).

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the original tags/invoice.

  4. Ship the item back to us.


4. Return Shipping Charges & Responsibility

  • If the return or exchange is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part, we will bear the shipping cost of the return.

  • For returns due to change of mind, wrong size/fit, or buyer’s preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

  • Shipping fees (both original and return shipping) are non-refundable (unless the return is due to a defect or mistake from our side). DHL+2Dokan+2


5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Please provide photos showing the issue (packaging, defect, or wrong item).

  • Once verified, we will offer you a full refund, or a replacement / exchange (depending on your preference and stock availability).

  • Return shipping for defective/wrong items will be borne by us.


6. Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If you prefer, we may offer an exchange or store credit (valid for future orders) — at our discretion.


7. Exceptions & Special Conditions

  • Items marked non-returnable / non-refundable at the time of purchase (e.g., personalized items, intimate/hygiene products) are excluded from returns/exchanges.

  • Sale / clearance items may have a different return policy — see the product page for details.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not satisfy our return conditions (e.g., used items, missing tags/packaging, or items shipped back without prior consent).


8. Customer Responsibilities & Return Abuse Prevention

To help us maintain fairness for all customers:

  • Please return items only if you genuinely need to. Misuse of return privileges (e.g., repeated returns without valid reason) may lead to denial of future returns.

  • Always include original tags, packaging, invoice — failure may result in refund rejection.
