How many days do I have to return a product?
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
What items are eligible for return
You can return items that are:

Unused and unwashed

In original condition

With all tags, labels, and packaging intact

Accompanied by the invoice/order proof
What items are NOT eligible for return?

Used or damaged items

Items without original packaging

Customized/personalized products

Products marked “non-returnable” on the product page
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at customer-support@tkraft.in with:

Reason for return

Photos (if item is defective/damaged)
Our team will guide you with the return process and pickup/return address.

TKraft pays if the product is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item.

Customer pays if the return is due to size issues, change of mind, or preference.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?
Please contact us within 24 hours with photos of:

The product
-
Packaging
-
The defect/error
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Can I get store credit instead of a refund?
Yes. Upon request, we can issue store credit which you can use on future TKraft purchases.
Some sale/clearance items may not be eligible for return. Check the product page for details.
